All our products, with the exception of the eye gel (which contains caffeine), are perfectly suitable for children and pregnant women, as we actively work to exclude any controversial ingredients.

Our products are 100% vegan and without animal testing. We certify this with the PETA Vegan & Cruelty Free label.

The ingredients selected for our products are non-comedogenic. This means that they do not cause excessive accumulation of sebum in the pores of the skin, which causes what are commonly known as "blackheads".

Our products are subjected to several tests, performed on humans or in-vitro by an independent laboratory :

  • Eye tests

  • Efficacy tests

We have chosen to produce small quantities frequently, in order to guarantee maximum freshness of the products, but also to be able to guarantee 100% clean recipes according to our commitments and the latest published scientific studies.

All our products have a PAO (Period After Opening), ranging from 9 to 18 months. This information can be found on the back of the boxes and bottles. In order to remind you when your product is about to expire, we suggest that you write down the opening date on the bottom of the bottle or use a smartphone app (e.g. beautycase), which allows you to record the opening date of the product and receive alerts.

Our products are tested in the laboratory to ensure their optimal preservation, by exposing them over a long period of time :

  • To light

  • To different atmospheric pressures

  • To high temperatures

  • To bacteria

The glass and aluminum bottles used for our products offer the best protection available. These materials prevent oxidation in the most optimal way : light, temperature, oxygen. Thus,  products keep their freshness and properties throughout their shelf life.

We use the following recyclable materials for our packaging :

  • Glass bottles

  • Aluminium bottles

  • Cardboard boxes and cases

  • Polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) pumps and caps

All our materials are recyclable. Pumps / caps can be unscrewed and recycled separately from glass / aluminum bottles and cardboard boxes.

If possible, our packaging comes from Swiss companies. In the absence of Swiss suppliers, we favour quality and geographical proximity :

  • Aluminium bottles : Switzerland

  • Glass bottles: Italy

  • Cardboard boxes: Switzerland

  • Polyethylene (PE) and  Polypropylene (PP) pumps : Italy

  • Once the delivery address is entered, please choose the delivery method and the payment method, then click on pay now

  • As soon as the payment is made, your order is placed

As soon as your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email.

As soon as your order is paid for and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Once our logistics team has received your order, processed it and shipped it, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will contain the shipment tracking code.

If you have already received the shipping confirmation email, it means that your order has already been handed over to the carrier and that it will unfortunately be impossible to change the address or cancel the order. You can still receive a refund by filling out the following form: return form.

Purchase orders and invoices can be downloaded from the customer account. Please click on the "account" button on the right of the menu, then "orders" or "invoices". You have the option to repeat an order already made from the "orders" interface.

Grangettes Switzerland can deliver anywhere in the world. Deliveries in Switzerland, the European Union and French Overseas Terrorities are not subject to any customs restrictions. Other countries may be subject to them.

Deliveries to Switzerland and the European Union are not subject to customs duties. For all other countries, customs fees may apply according to the specific regulations of the destination country.

If charges apply, they will be levied by the customs authorities of the destination country and will be charged to the customer. For more information, please contact the customs office of the country of destination of the shipment.

We only use two package sizes :

  • 22cm x 15cm x 15cm

  • 20cm x 30cm x 15cm

These package sizes fit most standard mailboxes. If your order is large, several packages can be sent to you. If your mailbox is too small, or if you are not present, delivery notification will be issued to you so that you collect your parcel from the post office, or delivery can be attempted again later.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, which mentions the carrier's tracking number for the package. In order to track your shipment, click on the tracking number in the shipment confirmation email you receive, or use this code directly on the website of the carrier you have selected.
