Once the form is complete, you will receive a return form by email, which you will have to insert in the parcel that you will return to us. The cost of the return is at your expense.

In the event that the product(s) is/are defective, incorrect or damaged, Grangettes Switzerland will email the User a prepaid return label in PDF format.
